This accessibility statement applies to the VR Resa service (https://vrresa.se/). The website and mobile app are largely compliant with the requirements of the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services. This accessibility statement was prepared on 21.5.2025.
Accessibility has been reviewed by an external expert organization.

Technical information about accessibility of the website and mobile app
- The content of the main menu is readable with assistive devices even when the menu is closed. If you use assistive devices or a keyboard, you must go through all the links in the menu to reach the main content. (WCAG 2.4.3, 1.3.1)
- There are many links that have identical link texts (“Read more”) but lead to different pages. (WCAG 2.4.4)
- Some links open in a new window, but this is not indicated in the link text. (WCAG 2.4.4)
- Visual information about the seats on the site map is not accessible to assistive devices. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Link texts on language links are unclear. (WCAG 2.4.4)
- Some interactive elements lack an accessible name for assistive devices. (WCAG 4.1.2)
- The Commuter Card page lacks a level-1 heading. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Order buttons for pre-ordering food have unclear names. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Steps in the purchase process are only visually indicated, and the information is not accessible to assistive devices. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Required fields are not clearly marked for group or suite requests. (WCAG 3.3.2)
- The table of what is included in the commuter card is not accessible to assistive devices. (WCAG 1.3.1) Tabs on the front page are not properly marked up. (WGAG 4.1.2)
- Heading levels on the Children, Youth, Students and Seniors page are not in accordance with the content structure. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- The payment formula is presented to assistive devices after the payment process is completed and is visually hidden. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- It is not possible to change the country/region when paying with a screen reader. (WCAG 3.2.2)
- Text fields in the chat have too low contrast against the background. (WCAG 1.4.11)
- Text on photos on the front page, white text on a light green background and day names in the calendar do not have sufficient contrast. (WCAG 1.4.3)
- Most of the buttons with icons do not have sufficient contrast. (WCAG 1.4.11)
- All headings on the FAQ page are not marked as headings. (WCAG 1.3.1) Headings in the footer are focused only with the keyboard, even though they have no functionality. (WCAG 2.4.3)
- Focus is not visible in the tabs on the first page. (WCAG 2.4.7)
- Tickets cannot be purchased with the keyboard, as it is not possible to select dates or trains. (WCAG 2.1.1)
- There are several problems with the PDF receipts: for example, structure and headings are missing and the reading order makes it difficult to understand the content. (WCAG 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 2.4.2, 3.1.1, 4.1.2)
- The search field on the customer service page does not work properly with accessibility features and keyboards. (WCAG 4.1.2) •- The VR Resa app only works in portrait mode. The content does not adapt when the screen is rotated. (WCAG 1.3.4 Orientation)
- The VR Resa app does not have sufficient contrast between text and background in the main menu. The active button is only indicated with color. (WCAG 1.4.3, 1.4.1)
